Manufacturing is very different than building HVEMi motors in your garage, but it can be done with proper foreknowledge.

When I build a motor it would include software, brushless switching, high voltage power supplies and many other specialized components, which would more than double the stated horsepower rating. However, right now we are not talking about optimized HVEMi versions, but rather how I can help you build a mechanical HVEMi motor and then be motivated to realize optimized versions.

HVEMi Stage #1 Prototype Validation to HVEMi Full Version
Do not build to use 100% of available HP - scale up the motor 25% or more for cooler running and longer life.
Understand surge capacities for AC generators, and realize that normal AC generator usage fluctuates. HVEMi motors configured at Full Load running at Half Load will use less input power and run cooler.
HVEMi technology does not run HOT at Full Load when following my guidelines; 50 watts per stator/coil at Full Load will not overheat coils. In comparison to standard 1 HP electric motors with 3 poles, each pole on the rotor will easily use 250 watts; and the total compact motor will use 800 watts minimum (100% eff.).
HVEMi technology is not trying to compete with small motors.
Start small but think big, so you can use the same "guts" for larger motors; anticipate replacing natural gas appliances too.
If you will be using HVEMi motors to charge battery bank systems, then obtain qualified electrician assistance for realizing the maximum charge rate. Also, there are other more efficient ways to charge instead of AC generators. see me

In early 2007 the above ONE magnet was $300 retail price. So, prototype testing and development should start with non-customized retail magnets.
Increasing magnet grade (N42-N52+) always increases performance. Maximizing magnetic fields is relative to the shape of the magnet and coil during rotation. Thus, the optimized shape of the magnet is more Spherical.
I have spent $300,000 of my own time and material resources to bring you the HVEMi avenue for mechanical understanding. Once the HVEMi motor is started from one battery, the automatic transfer switch will pull power from the AC generator (AC GEN. used only as an example)
At full 1,000-watt load the HVEMi motor will use 600 watts
80% AC generator efficiency you would be able to use 200 watts
90% AC generator efficiency = 300 watts available per hour
HVEMi configurations allow for higher output with manageable duration presets or limits; much like when pressing the accelerator in your car when passing. (HVEMi optimized)
Clean Water
Though my main objective with HVEMi was to eliminate my fuel and electrical costs, power outages occurring in the United States provided for some concern but not as much as spending time in other countries where power outages are more frequent events.
From experience living in Mexico, if you own or rent a home outside of (even within) major cities water storage tanks that create pressure from being installed on the roof do not always receive water and the water from below ground storage tanks need to be pumped into the other tank. Power outages frequently occur, especially during rainy seasons, which means no water too.
In Changchun, China, and in Manila I experienced similar power outages. However, around the world the quality of water is a major concern. Though I did not go to the hospital in China, I did in Mexico when I became seriously ill. Drinking bottled water is a no-brainer when traveling, but food comes in contact with the water-based contaminates.
In the United States, NOT having our "creature comforts", such as clean water, gasoline and electricity from momentary disruptions will only be fully appreciated when tomorrow or the next day disruptions are more sporadic or permanent. Maybe long term disruptions will not happen until some global event takes place; HVEMi backup or fulltime will keep you out of the dark for days or months.
You can be sure of one thing: you will be paying electric and natural gas bills for your entire life, not just the next 10 years, so even if you plan and purchase piece by piece to build your HVEMi motor in the next 5-10 years it will provide you the 100% energy solution for generations.
Manufacturing will some day provide HVEMi solutions for the general public and reduce the cost through volume material purchases. But for now, this information is for your education and free usage to determine if you would make a motor for yourself.
Maybe it won't replace the motor to power your vehicle, but it will charge your EV and house!
Once you are a firm believer in HVEMi technology, then you can replace natural gas appliances too!
