For legal reasons I cannot offer 5% stock or any amount for a capital
investment via the internet, but what I can do is offer licensing
contracts for independent HVEMi validations (with regard to both
optimized and mechanical versions). The deadline for validation
opportunities will expire soon.
After the validation for licensing offer expires, independent
test results will be released along with all supporters of HVEMi.
I am not seeking venture capital funding at this time because
independent validations of claims will provide the avenue for proper
negotiations at a later date.
License contracts for manufacturing is not available. License
contracts for wholesale distribution is available. International
patent licensing contracts will not be discussed.
Licensing contracts will be
limited to those who have first presented reports publically.
Additional limitations will included non-exclusive 5-year license
agreements when HVEMi Motors manufactures units for wholesale license.
Corporate or small business/personal licensing contract offer will
consider the specific niche to participant's field or industry.

- UPS backup system - under 2,000 watts continuous
- Electric Vehicle remote charging stations
- Greenhouse all-inclusive personal systems
- Water Creation or Desalinization personal systems

and submit interest for involvement.
I am aware that many companies will profit from HVEMi technology
apart from legal contracts; the same corporations would gladly purchase the patent rights just
to sue infrigers for financial gains. Never!
NOT including
licensing contracts, with limited manufacturing, gross sales revenue
projections for the first seven years in the USA are $3 Trillion.
Go ahead and laugh now! I have not accepted
offers based on the same wanting more for less mentality from investors.
And, I am not worried about time, as most investors conclude, because
even IF HVEMi technology does not come to the public
within the next five years many people around the world will have HVEMi
knowledge.
I can build one unit every three months; handmade
parts, coil windings - solo!
The number of people becoming aware of HVEMi, in the media and around
the world, offers momentum from ten's of thousands of downloaded
examples to empower bringing HVEMi to life (without concern of time).
I have risked everything for years and firmly believe in the power of
the majority to change history and promote HVEMi technology, which will
only lead to more advancements.

However, my business plan is firm and licensing opportunities are
limited. There is no sense in negotiating licensing contracts when I am
not disclosing HVEMi optimized versions, even though the patent is
pending.
I have connections with the right people to complete my vision for HVEMi
introductions, licensing considerations and legal protection. In terms
of legal protection, I have developed relationships with very
influential people in both politics and business who will share the
HVEMi Vision vocally and openly when we reach MY goals (with hope that
MY goals become YOURS too).
It is okay for you to have doubts on what I am presenting, but when
HVEMi technology is completely revealed it will change the world. For
those few who had seen HVEMi in action and shared my vision/purpose I
only offered 1% stock in ONE corporation to obtain their talent.

What I am doing now is establishing hope through providing low cost
information and support to potential technicians that will be a part of
development, or at the least provide a peace of mind for retirement.

The large global corporations are not to blame
for long time actions led by
Corporate Giant Politics;
the people in politically elected positions that use influence to
blackmail great companies. Corporate Giants, are not the
corporations but the people in politics corrupt by a broken system.
Why are brilliant and highly educated people in America also the
dumbest?
Thomas Jefferson said, "In questions of power let us hear no more of
trust in men, but bind them down from mischief with the chains of the
Constitution."
Why are Apple, Emerson, US Automotive, and other great corporations
FORCED to manufacture overseas (to remain competitive and maintain
profits)?
We have to realize that all businesses are managed to grow or die.
And right now, and for too long, the USA has NOT been managed well. (growing
or dying?)
In reality, corporate giant political corruption has told 80% of
Americans (who ONLY control 7% of the wealth in the USA) the same thing
I said above standing on their pyramid: "kiss my ass and give me your
money every month so you "80%" will remain in the sand while I build a
monument to display my greed." 272,000,000 people (including children)
have
7% control of USA wealth...
We have to realize that when a large or any corporation suffers from
negative economic and industry changes, everyone involved with the
BUSINESS is touched. Who is NOT touched? Politicians!
Now, multiply the number of Lobbyists and Corporations by 100 (minimum)
and consider the risk or ROI for Politicians for "helping".
Politicians do not have the same risk or accountability as a CEO or
stockholders, but they still receive tangible goods.
The same justifications are seen during political campaigns, raising
multi-millions of dollars FOR campaigns--paid for "friends". Fund raising on the backs of taxpayers, flying and protections
services...what a waste! For what?
Just because someone makes more money than someone else does not make
either person more or less than the other. I am not saying that hard
work and achievements should not have rewards, but extreme differences
in quality of life should not be rewarded as elite over workers or slave
owners over slaves.
I do not believe in some communal pot to share equally among everybody;
I believe in fair and appropriate judgment according to our
Constitution. Why were unions created? Because of unfair business
practices! It would seem that we need another union to form to protect
the rights of all Americans! Oh, wait a minute, I thought we already did
that??? So, who has your back?
What have you and most people done in life when someone tells you:
“you can’t do it”; “you are not smart enough”; “it’s impossible”; “you
don’t know what you are talking about”; “you are worthless”?
You prove them wrong!
We have to play by the rules before we can change the rules!
History proves that the fight is in "building and controlling the
railroad" of technology, laying the foundation, and establishing the
partnerships for maintaining the "power" for as long as possible.
However, a change is presently shifting the awareness and bridging the
gap between energy futures.
HVEMi technology has a future for energy solutions and creating real
jobs. However, the bureaucratic regulations prevent real solutions
from entering the public market for years, sometimes decades.
USA mining with HVEMi clean energy is a huge difference form how mining
operations currently pollute the environment, which is the reason many
countries do not allow or are trying to curtail new or existing mines.
For example, filtration systems for all
aspects of mining can include fresh water exchange controlled with HVEMi
clean energy.
The huge difference between solo inventors and large corporations is
that implementation for new developments for products is much more fluid
with pre-existing contacts who offer a more rapid response for existing
companies.

It can take over 5 years to bring HVEMi to the public, meeting all legal requirements. And, licensing contracts have more
weight and value WHEN a patent is granted (and less value before).

value but less control for future developments, which relate to HVEMi
patent claims.
